Overview
This major new LEED Silver retail centre consisted of the construction of a vast three-storey structure. Work included the demolition of an existing shopping complex, the rerouting of a major traffic artery, and the construction of a partially sunken three-level parking structure. A new shopping plaza was built above the parking podium.
The new retail centre now offers additional parking surrounded by an assortment of retail buildings, anchored by a least one major tenant. This ''Ground Floor Plaza'' offers an overview and important access to the Viau commercial artery.
