NEW PROJECT AWARD | Le Signature Valleyfield - Phase 3

A residence for independent seniors and individuals with reduced mobility.
Magil is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the construction contract for Phase 3 of the Le Signature Valleyfield project, a residence designed for independent seniors and individuals with reduced mobility.
This new phase will expand the existing residential offering with the addition of a 10-storey building featuring 42 rental apartments, 19 care suites, and a variety of shared amenities. Located on the top floor, these spaces will include a dining room and comfortable lounges designed to foster social interaction and enhance residents’ quality of life.
One of the project’s key technical features is the construction of a new steel structure above the existing underground parking garage. The new building will be connected to the current facility, ensuring seamless integration with the overall residential complex. Occupancy is scheduled for summer 2027.
With residents continuing to occupy the existing building throughout construction, Magil’s teams will take every measure necessary to ensure their comfort and safety. Particular attention will be given to construction planning, noise mitigation, disruption management, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents throughout the project.
