New Project Award | Multisport Complex at Parc Marie-Victorin in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville

Magil Construction is proud to announce that it has been awarded a new mandate for the construction of the multisport complex at Parc Marie-Victorin in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville.

Awarded by the City of Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, this major project will bring a new, modern multisport complex to the community, enhancing access to sports, aquatic and recreational facilities for residents of all ages.

The new complex will include a competitive swimming pool, a recreational pool, a double gymnasium, an indoor walking and running track, a fitness room and multipurpose spaces. Designed to support a wide range of athletic, recreational and community activities, the facility will provide a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages active living.

The project includes the construction of an approximately 138,000-square-foot building, with work expected to span about 24 months. Delivery of the new complex is targeted for 2027.

This new mandate reflects Magil Construction’s expertise in delivering complex municipal and institutional projects, where careful planning, strong coordination and rigorous quality control are essential to success.
