Over the past 10 years, we have been the backbone of several industry-leading constructions nationwide with, most notably, the Roccabella and YUL Residential Complex projects in Montreal and the West King Edward Condo Redevelopment projects in Vancouver.
Civil: Magil Construction has built well over 250 bridges and structures in our history. Many of which include custom, one-of-a-kind designs. Often bid in lump sum environment, we can take advantage of our in-house concrete services division to remain competitive on any bid. Having detailed control of this most important aspect of civil construction also allows us to meet demanding and tight schedules. Our major strength in this market sector lies in Waste Water and Water installations, parking structures and bridges.
Commercial: Magil Construction has developed relationships with many of the major commercial developers. We also work together with small and medium size businesses to develop their visions into reality. With over $1.5 billion in projects delivered over the past 30 years, with project values ranging from $2M to $280M, commercial construction is a very important market sector to Magil Construction. We have a vast experience in constructing multi-storey office buildings, shopping centers and retail space in both stand alone and as part of larger and smaller commercial developments. Our knowledge allows us to provide value added services to our partners and clients in preconstruction, ensuring maximum value for each dollar they spend. Highly cyclical in nature, this sector allows Magil Construction to develop deep relationships with our owners and developers. Often involved early, and in the planning stages, our team works to provide budgeting, constructability and schedule input for our clients. Our relationships allow us to plan accordingly; ensuring resources are available as soon as projects get the green light to go ahead.
