NESTLE PROJECT PEARL

Magil Construction’s well-established relationship with Nestle dates back nearly a decade. Over the years numerous of small repairs, upgrades, and interior renovation projects have been completed by Magil Construction at Nestle facilities, including building additions such as the 9,300 square foot Nestle Extruded Stick Bars Production Line Addition completed in 2018.

Magil Construction is currently working on the Nestle Project Pearl project, which consists of a new 14,420 square foot addition to the southeast corner of the existing London factory to accommodate two new production lines. And a 9,000 square foot 2-storey addition on the north side of the facility which will include employee changeroom facilities, water closets, a conference room, compressor room, and new offices. Extensive reinforcing to existing building structure is required in various locations throughout for new building services.
