Le Vistal
Le Vistal will comprise two towers of 25 storeys and number about 320 condominium units in all plus two levels of underground parking spaces for each building. The towers will be located by the bank of the St.Lawrence river near the environmental park. The Vistal is looking for the LEED certification.
Hippodrome de Trois-Rivières
This project follows the purchase of the Québec racetracks by the private sector with a view to rejuvenate horse racing in the province in parallel with the real estate branch of Loto Québec, Casiloc. The project consists of the renovation, expansion and the upgrade to current codes of the existing installations. The intervention touches the facades, the interior bleachers, the restaurant and bar installations as well as the slot machine rooms.
Lafarge
Construction of structures, buildings and 3 solid fuel mill silos forming part of the new process of the grinding phase which will supply the two furnaces of the plant.

Le Crystal de la Montagne comprises 59 differentiated residences and 131 condo-hotel suites within a 27 storey tower complete with five star standard hotel service, 4 floors of underground parking, a complete spa and a 3 floors base including a conference center, high class restaurant and boutique.
