A national presence with local strength; April 2, 2009, Magil Construction Corporation was acquired by Fayolle Canada and joined the MC Group. This Canada-wide group of Construction firms are all held by Fayolle Canada. With the more recent addition of Magil Construction Pacific, the MC Group organization now maintains revenues in excess of $400 Million making our group a top 10 contractor in the country. Each and every one of us is excited to leverage the national presence of our group to deliver additional value for our clients.

The group also includes McKay-Cocker Construction, from London Ontario, that prides itself as a fully diversified construction service provider in the commercial, heavy civil, industrial, and institutional sectors, and Task Construction Management recognized as a leading Construction Management Firm, renowned for their commercial and institutional work across the province of British Columbia and Alberta, working out of Burnaby. Magil Construction Pacific is a more recent entity and Vancouver based General Contractor targeting both private and public initiatives.

MC Group companies share a similar vision and core values that creates a whole that is larger than the sum of their parts. The organization is structured to allow all members of the group to continue to execute their projects with the local strengths, trade relationships and brand awareness that have brought them great success in the past.

Internally, the group is able to share their resources and experiences to support growth opportunities outside their traditional markets and clients.
